is this worms?

I bought 4 chicks from a local feed store and while cleaning pasty butt, one pooped and it looked like this. I'm concerned that it may be worms. If so, how would I treat them? They are only 5 days old.

Chicks wouldn't have worms yet. Pretty sure that is just chick poop coming out of a small chick sized bottom.
