Is This Worms?

I was scooping out poop from the nest boxes when one of them had some weird poop that I had never seen before. I'm wondering, does one of my chickens have worms?

I don't see any worms in that poop. Just looks a little, extra slimy.

Thank you so much. I was beginning to get a little concerned because I have never seen any poop like this in all my 1 year and 8 months of owning chickens.
