Is vegetable soup safe?

So as many of you know some 10 days back one of my 2 months old chicken ate a needle pin..he has been quite sick since..but i didnt have the heart to cull him..i thought if his time approaches let it be natural death..so its 11th day today..and since past two days he has been showing improvement in terms of movement, interest in food and water..so i am sensing that he might live..but he is too weak now..only skin and bones..have been giving him ORS..and light liquid parrafin..yesterday he showed interest in almonds and water melon..so gave him some..now today i thought since its hard for him to eat solid food as of now, how about i make him carrot and peas soup..so i am here to ask if its okay to give him that soup?

You've come to a good place to learn. I'm sure others will post soon with great tips for your needs. Canned cat food could be a good option for you.
