Is VetRx safe for chick use? What should I do for sneezing chicks?

I use vetrx on my adult flock for good respiratory health. My 2 week old chicks have been sneezing a lot with no discharge for about for about 4 days. Today I noticed that one of them did have discharge under the nostril. My first though was to use vetrx to help, but no where in the instructions dose it say that it is safe for chicks. So does anyone think it will be safe and effective for chicks? Is there anything else I can do or use to fix this? Any help is appreciated!

Here's my take on the situation.....

Ventilation in the brooder and what type of bedding is being used?.....Possibly not enough air flow?

Cheers!

I am using straw because I find that pine shavings is too dusty. They are my basement.

Possibly not enough air flow and their sneezing from that?.....might be too warm in the brooder?.....I really don't think its serious though.....

Best wishes....

Cheers!
