Is wheat germ ok??

I have some wheat germ that my dh just had to have. It's not being used now. I was wondering if I could mix it in with the feed a little at a time.

That should be fine for them as a treat.

I sometimes sprinkle it in cooked oatmeal to boost the protein and vitamin E levels.

I sprinkle it on my yogurt.

LOL, forgot to say, I add yogurt to it to cool it off! Lots of good stuff in there, huh?

The scratch I get from the feed store has cracked corn and wheat kernels in it so the wheat should be just fine for your chickens!
