Hello! :D If I were to have 2 ISA Brown hens, would I get a lot of eggs from them? Apparently ISA Browns lay 300-350 eggs annually, so it would be double as much if I were to have 2, but I'm not sure if 300-350 is the actual accurate amount of eggs they lay annually.
 
It's an estimate.
ISA's are a high production hybrid....lay a lot the first couple years and many can have major health issues after that.
Thanks for the answer :) Would they be able to get better if taken to a vet, or is it their fate like when humans get too old? (I hope they get better if taken to a vet :()
 
They're not bred to live long, just to produce a lot of eggs. Not that they're guaranteed to die young, but health isn't the focus when it comes to sex linked birds.
