ISA Brown not laying 4 months after molt - is she done?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some insight on my ISA Brown. She started laying her very first eggs back in January 2025 and was doing great until mid-November, when she hit a really rough molt. She lost a ton of feathers and it took well over a month for her to feather back out.

The weird thing is that it's now March and she still hasn't started laying again. Her comb looks pretty red and healthy, and I actually see her going into the nesting box and sitting there for a while, but she always comes out empty-handed. No eggs for 4 months now. Her flock mates (some white leghorn hybrids the same age) finished their molt and are already back to full production, but she’s just stalled.

Right before she went into that molt, I noticed one specific egg had some weird bloody streaks and tiny red stringy bits stuck to the shell. I’m wondering if she’s got some kind of internal damage or if she’s turned into an internal layer? Or is it possible for a high-production bird like an ISA to just burn out this early? I’d hate to give up on her if there’s a way to jumpstart her system, but I’m starting to worry she’s retired herself. Has anyone else seen an ISA take this long to bounce back or behave like this?

ISA Browns are my favorite brown egg layers so I've kept a lot of them. This is unusual in my experience for one to take such a long break given that she is relatively young. Of course once in a while strange things happen too. If she seems otherwise healthy I'd wait a bit longer. She may come back into lay.
