What does it look like when they squat? Like they are sitting? I found her for the first time in the nesting boxes today

I have several ISA Browns. Some are over 5yrs old and still laying. Granted at that age they don't lay every day. So far I have had no real health issues with them.I had to put my 1 1/2 yr old Isa down today for what turned out to be salpingitis. Trying to read up on it here, I've seen a few posts in the emergencies forum that say they've had multiple Isa's with the same thing. Is it something they seem to be predisposed to? Because before this, I was thinking I was going to get more of these when it was time for more chickens bc they have good personalities and lay really well. But I definitely don't want to go through this more than I have to!
Being I cannot find much on these beautiful birds, what are some good signs of eggs coming soon?
