Isa brown patterned breed ?

No, because the ISA brown’s coloring itself is heterozygous and difficult to produce. The closest pure color to it would be white-tailed red, which is rare among pure-bred birds.
Shame, because it is pretty.

Do you have white-tailed red Leghorns?
I’ve also seen splash tailed red New Hampshires which isn’t the same thing as white but close enough in phenotype.

There's also these.

Speaking about Splash Tailed Red, I have a Dwarf Malay that is pretty close too that. Her coloration is due to some other gene, rather then Columbian.
I'm calling the color Cinnamon.

There's no breed with the exact same color pattern as an ISA Brown, but there are a few that have a combination of color similar to it, some of which have been mentioned above. Also, any chicken breed that comes in the colored named red pyle will be red and white.
