Isa Brown Pullet or Roo?

This is Izzy our 1 month old Isa Brown Pullet, I just wanted to confirm that she is indeed a pullet... her tail feathers are not as big as our other 1 month old pullets. ??? They are shorter, like our 1 month old Roo that we have. But her Comb is tiny like our other little pullets. What do you guys think? We are 99% sure she is a she!

A red sex link rooster is white with some red, and as a chick is yellow.
