Isa Browns - All female?

I have 3 x 3-week-old Isa Browns. One has developed differently to the others in wings & tail feathers. Just different or male?

female. male would be white with little red on the wings - if true isa brown.

Isa browns are sex linked, girls feather in brown, males feather in white. Those are females.
