Isa brown suddenly dead, green spot on foot

Okay, so I noticed that she was looking slightly off, tail down. I inspected her but couldn't find anything wrong. Two days later she is dead, on her back. I looked at her and saw a finger nail sized green lump, then later when I was cleaning the nesting boxes and I found a poo with yellow urates. Anyone know what could have happened? Mum thinks a bite, spider maybe? It could have been a redback, there are LOTS of them around right now.
