My 1.5year old ISA brown hasn't laid for nearly 7 weeks now. Aside from that and sleeping in the nest at night(doesnt enter it during the day), she acts completely normal. Still very social, always the first to greet me. She runs up anytime she sees me open my door to come outside. No signs of molting, no bald patches, no feathers in the nest, and 5 weeks ago I exposed her to chocolate Americana roo, hoping that would start her laying. But after 5 weeks no luck...

What can I do? She is super happy, gets fresh veggies, meal worms weekly, I do a soaked feed treat daily (peas, corn, soy bean, flax, sunflower seed, quinoa, chia seed, and shredded coconut), other than that she free ranges with the rest of my flock. She is the top of the pecking order.

I'm only allowed 4 hens in my city, 2 are laying including my isa brown. My other 2 will start laying in a month or two, so every egg counts with my 2 and 4 year old egg loving boys.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :welcome
Is her abdomen bloated at all? (The abdomen is located under the vent in between the legs) I'm suspecting ascites because she stopped laying.
Is her crop emptying properly?

Not that I can tell... how do I check her crop?

This is where the crop is.->

Check it early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and if it emptied. If its empty you should feel nothing in her crop, if its full it will feel full of liquid, like a water balloon.
Also check your flock over for mites or lice.

Oh ok, her crop is completely empty in the mornings then, I pick her up before they go out to free range. No bugs as far as I can tell, each evening before they go in the coop I pick each one up and check them over to be able to get them more friendly. I have 2 boys that are infatuated with them
