Sounds like a crop problem? To diagnose, withhold food and water for 24 hours and see if the crop goes down. Or just wait until the morning and check it before she eats or drinks anything. It should be flat and empty after 12 hours of consuming nothing. If it’s still squishy and full, then it’s impacted and the food is not getting to the gizzard.

I thought it was the crop to but it feels more like the abdomen is filled with air because her crop feels right

By the abdomen, do you mean like right below the vent is swollen and feels filled with air? I would think that would be acites, which literally means water belly and can be the result of deeper issues.... ISA brown’s are an production breed and are prone to reproductive issues....

Its below but not all the wqy down its around there I'll take a better picture

Must be feeling an air sac?
I don't know. I'm inclined to leave a bird alone if they are eating/drinking/active and only address concerns if they are exhibiting symptoms of not feeling well. She looks fairly alert and perky to me.
I would just make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

It looks like an enormous puffy crop, also called pendulous crop, and there may be a little solid feel to a part of it. But sometimes chickens will suffer a leaking air sac from a bumb or injury to the body near one of their air sacs. That feels like air under the skin.
Here is a good link with pictures of the crop:
