Just got our first 6 birds. They haven't left the coop yet but we got them!

Welcome to BYC. Are they young or mature birds? Moving is very stressful to chickens. I would NOT force them outside but, if you could lure them with treats etc . that would be okay. If once bird ventures out, they all will. Otherwise just have patience,
