Isn't it true when a barred hen and a non-barred rooster breed, the hens will be non-barred, and rooster will have some, or basically all barring?

Yes, Solid Rooster X Barred Hen = Sexlinks, Males hatching with a head spot, & feathering out with Barred plumage. Females hatch out without a headspot, & feathers out solid with not barred plumage.

I believe both male and females will come out barred- It won't be sexlinked.
Not sure if there's a certain percentage of anything though.

if the easter egger doesn't carry barring then yes it should apply.
