ISO Buff Orpingtons & Bantams

Hi there! I'm excited to be looking for my first batch of fertilized eggs to hatch! I have ordered a Brinsea Chick Lamp and a HovaBator and will be looking to have eggs shipped (or local pickup?) near the end of the month.

Does anyone have any Buff Orpington hatching eggs for sale in the next few weeks? I'm also interested in getting some Bantam eggs. I like the Japanese Bantams and the Barred Rock Bantams, but, would be interested if any folks have opinions on their favorites!

I'm located in Lodi, California.

What are you looking for in a bantam breed? Looks, personality, egg production, foraging/free ranging, ...?

I love their personalities! So, I think I would prefer that they be friendly first and foremost. With the horses around, I also like having the chickens to free range and forage. I'm less interested in egg production.
