I was given a Chinese Gosling and a runner duck that a friend could not keep, and I've affectionately named them "Maverick" and "Goose"...and I'm now playing "let's learn about geese." This little one is 2-3 weeks old and while it's getting along with my other ducklings, it's starting to figure out it's different. I'd like to find a gosling friend, but all my local hatcheries/farms are saying they don't have goslings this year. Anyone shipping has a minimum beyond what my little farm can hold.
Soooo, I'm asking here. I'd prefer an African gosling, but am open to others...except Chinese (Apparently, there one of the loudest and I don't think I could handle two). I am absolutely willing to drive up to THREE hours from Columbus, Ohio to find a gosling friend for "Goose". I'd even be open to hatching eggs! Thank you
