Hamburgs are one size only. They are already a small bird, smaller than a leghorn actually.

if you look up Hamburg bantam or Hamburg chicken they come up with all the same results so I think you're right

There are bantam and standard sizes of hamburgs available. Bantam hamburgs are recognized by the ABA and APA.

Indeed. They're very tiny! Oddly enough, apparently the bantams are friendlier and less flighty than the standards, or so the breeder I'm talking with says. Usually it's the other way around.
