I'm struggling to draw what I want for my "Coop-A-Cabana". I'm wanting to take a 10x16 shed, split on the inside with a wall framed with chicken wire (etc.) so the coop side is separate from the storage/garden shed side. I'm a visual person so the shed designers online are not quite what I'm looking for. Looking for someone or a program that will allow me to add in nesting boxes, roost bars, split wall, and other items. I've not been so lucky. I also cannot draw to save my life so I need a way to get what's in my head, out of it.

Thanks!

I used SketchUp, and taught myself the basics of it in a few hours, plus a couple youtube videos. Free, but very functional, versions are available.

In spite of being more like a parametrics program than the CAD I grew up with, and later taught, I got the hang of it pretty quickly.

However, other posters have said it was completely overwhelming to them. All I can say is try it and see?
