Thanks to everyone who gave me some guidance here, I decided to tough it out with her and she has definitely turned a corner for the better! Ended up doing the Epsom salts for 4 days and then let her rest and get some regularity back, (2days off) then did 2 days of activated charcoal. She's not back to 100% yet but she is way more active and getting around the coop and even out into the yard on her own again. Looks like she'll make it!
