Issues with editing my profile

Hi, I have tried about 30 times over the last week to change my coop and when I press submit it tells me to wait and then nothing else happens. The longest time I waited was ten minutes before refreshing and trying again. Is this a bug or am I restricted from doing this as a new member? Any help is appreciated.
