Week 6. Chicks weren’t cooperative with picture taking so out of 5 I have pictures of 2 1/2. The other chicks were at the back of the coop digging and rolling around .
Grey feathered chick (though looks black in these photos) Head is darker than the rest of the body so is that a sign of possibility being a boy? Comb is still small and dark.
Next is the only picture I could get of my black silkie ( will try again tomorrow). I know silkies are really hard to tell. Just by size and that it does have a small comb already I’m thinking boy.
The other one is Chipmunk chick that we call lemon. It’s still a boy? Comb is bigger than the others but could it still be a pullet?
