So I have a RIR that went broody! I was told that was bred out of them. She’s also a young one. But by far the aggressive momma! I just had one hatch out a clutch and so I’m only gonna allow her to hatch out 2-3 chick. Less I have to get rid of.

Goodness, that's an angry-looking chicken! Good luck with her, and please let us know when and if the chicks hatch!
One of my ISA Brown hens went broody last spring... hatched out a little guinea keet. Boy, was she fluffy -- when she was out and about in the yard and I walked towards her, she'd become a clucking sphere of feathers!

Chickens that are not expected to go broody do set occasional. I had an Astra White pullet hatch six chicks last fall. I hope everything goes well!
