It’s Baby Chick 🐤 Day

This is my 2nd order from Ideal Poultry. Let’s just say the first time around, we lost 10 but they replaced them! They came a day early so I was at the post office at 5 am because I called them to get them home ASAP!

I am glad I did because one chick was being trampled to death I think I saved it in time.

We have 2 Black Stars, 2 RIR, 4 Easter Eggers, and 2 BR. One of the RIR is the one I’m keeping a close eye one. One loss is better than 10, so I give them an A+ for that! All are pullets (trust me I have roosters, I love roosters but ordering pullets for the first time was nice)
