SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Me and my family were talking about chickens while playing the chicken game i made up..
(yeah i know....) And we got talking a bout foraging, then my DD said..."If they go into the grove, will they eat the potato peelings we throw out there?" Uh oh....can chickens have potato peelings?

Some folks say that the green part of potato peelings are poisonous to chickens.

I never give them any thing that looks green, but my chickens have been eating potato peelings for years without ill effects.
