Our first egg was laid today! 28 week old splash Wyandotte. She sang the egg song too. Im so happy, she was free ranging and went into the coop and laid in the nest like a good hen. Lol.

Thank you! It feels like it took forever.
I find all the eggs to still be a thrill....but those first ones WoooHOOO!
