In most countries in Europe time changed last week. No problems for me in autumn. In spring it is more difficult for me. Always awake in the evenings, always sleepy in the morning.

Here we have a discussion too about one time all year round. But people can’t agree on what should be the all year time. Some prefer summertime others wintertime.

I am all for getting rid of the time change. I think I'd prefer DST permanently to EST permanently, but what I'd like about either is the permanently part.
