I’ve not seen any birds in the yards. I’d give it a try. But, we know crows are a whole different beast! I have a lot of crows myself.I wonder if that'd keep away our kinda cute but annoying ravens![]()

Is there a particular size or brand you recommend that does well outdoors? I am thinking about investing in some disco yard balls to give the plastic owl some backup.Let me know how it works for you.
Very nice.Hi. I live in middle Tennessee surrounded by trees. Hawks are my big problem…at least they were.. they are not now, thanks to a friend who told me his secret. He has ducks and chickens on a large lot. He told me to use disco balls on shepherds hooks. I did, and haven’t seen a hawk since! After all the money we spent on netting to cover a very large area..now I have two large areas using disco balls. They move in the slightest breeze, and reflect light in lots of directions.
