I know I know everyone is laughing at me. I slipped on the ice yesterday morning and landed squarely on my knees the entire contents of my purse all over the driveway, and my car door was frozen shut!!!! It was wonderful.

, remember, this is unheard of in Portland. Every other time they warn of heavy snow and sleet and ice storms within 2 days of each other, it never happens....until now.

My son is in Eugene... he said they got A LOT of snow on Monday.... off to check the radar for Eugene.


Looks like it's 39 and rain in Eugene... the bulk of the storm is to the north. Looks like Salem is getting hit very hard.

Snow is gorgeous and I take my injury in stride. I would welcome another storm like that. I seriously love snow! I am also BLESSED I live 45 minutes from a HUGE mountain resort.
