I have 4 pilgrim goose eggs in the bator. 1 hatched today!!!!! She's beautiful. The other three eggs are ready to hatch 1 has been peeping, no pips yet.
This is my first time to try to hath any waterfowl .

Well I lost the last baby.

It was hatched out when I got home today but was too weak and didn't survive. On the bright side I did hatch 4 out of 4 goose eggs. If I'm looking at them correctly there is 1 bay and 2 girls!!! Here's a picture of the gander. These are pilgrim geese so the one with the light colored bill should be a gander, right!!!

Sorry for the loss. Cute little guy. Not bad, a boy and 2 girls. That is much better than the reverse. A friend of mine had 8 goslings. 3 girls and 5 boys. He was hoping for more girls than boys. Oh well. Congrats again though.
