It's a rooster not sure the breed?!

This is a 5 month old rooster. Is getting very aggressive even though we are always sweet to it. Just got rid of all the hens at YPS. Want to show him next year but not sure the breed. He grows frathers on his feet and then they fall out and grow back. He is also white with little black speckles al over him. Any ideas?
