Its almost time! (Me iz having freak out)

Despite all of my mistakes, 16 of our 18 eggs show signs of having chick in them at the 3 week candling, and they should hatch the 29th.

What is lockdown? When do i take out the turner and... oh jeeze.

Why didn;t I learn this stuff BEFORE we started!

you take the turner out on day 18 and boost the humidity up to 65% and keep the temp the same, but if you have a still air you have to make sure the temp is 100F wherever the eggs are so if the eggs are flat on the bottom of the incubator, then you will have to make the themometer level with the top of the eggs so its 100F wherever the eggs are.

dont turn them or open your incubator anymore after that untill after the hatch is over

I have no idea what my humidity is... I've just been making sure the water wells are still full.

We're hoping to get a humidity guage soon, hopefully for the next hatch.

well if 16 of 18 are still good, you may get lucky.

it is not as if a hen has a barometer/hydrometer in her purse.
