Hi everyone!

I'm a new chicken mom and am having a heck of a time.

I bought 6 chicks and 4 died. I bought 6 more (kept completely separte) and 3 have died. Needless to say I'm not having the best luck and that's why I'm here. Hopefully to get some insight and advice from people who actually know what they're doing. I have a beautiful coop being built and hopefully will have some chickens to fill it with....

Sorry to hear about your rough start with building a flock. Did you get your chicks from the same place? If you can describe the symptoms they displayed on this forum, someone there may be able to identify the reason for them dying and how best to protect the others.
