Its been 24 hours since pip with low humidity, When Do I help?

There was lots of peeping this morning but humidity was down to 51%, I got it back up but its all silent now, when do I intervene?

Its out now, but is still stuck to the shell by its umbilical cord, poor little thing is exhausted, but still trying so hard to escape the egg!

Leave it so the cord dries, it will free itself soonand try to get onto its feet. Time to celebrate
