It's been a really long 4 years... I miss you all so much... :(

Thanks for your support. Eenie, I remember you very well, and I thank you for keeping me in your prayers.

And thanks to all the newbies that don't remember me but came by to post anyway.

I'm never going to get more chickens, because a) I live in the city now and b) space is still really tight (trust me, the house still looks like we just moved) and we have no place to put them. Even if we did, i don't think my parents would let me at this point. In fact, I was planning to make this thread my final post on this site.

Keep checking in! i really appreciate it!

P.S. Some of you older members may remember that I was spazzing out about a school play I was auditioning for right before I left. Well, I got in, but I didn't get that role i was obsessing over. I've been in three more plays since, (one as a featured role) and I auditioned for a performing arts school this past year (like I said, I'm graduating). I didn't get in, but I might reapply next year.

Please, stick around, at least a little.

What plays did you perform in?
I was in "Honk!" (that was the play I was auditioning for when I left), "Seussical", an original script called "Project Fame", and "Once Upon a Mattress."

I've decided that I'm probably going to come back here every couple of months and let you all know how I'm doing.

I've heard fantastic things about Once Upon A Mattress. I was in Into The Woods in 2012, which was a blast.

I suppose we can live with that.

From the list of events that have occurred in a short time, I would say that you have had an intensive preparation for life. Life is a series of mishaps, things that go wrong, things that go right, success, failure, natural disasters, excitement and disappointment. Life is never perfect and never will be, you do the best that you can and come vent here with us for the rest of it.

Maybe you don't have chickens now. Maybe you won't have chickens while you go to college or maybe you won't have chickens while you get a job, apartment, get established in life. But you know what? Just the fact that you had them, miss them, almost assures that at some point in your life, you will have chickens again. And might I mention a garden to go with them? Chickens-gardens just seem to go together. You are a young lady on the verge of leaving home, off to school, starting your own life and living that life. Somewhere along the line, a backyard with chickens is waiting for you.
