I've got a gelled one myself - he looks like someone used hairgel on him.
Once the others zipped they were out in minutes - the last one was in that shell after the zip for a couple of hours. I tried putting one drop from an eyedropper into the shell and he would kick and cheep again but then just stopped. So I gently opened it just a smidge and within 3 minutes he was out and about. The shell did stick to him a bit but I left him alone and he snapped it loose in a few minutes.
I now have 3 in the brooder and 18 eggs just sitting pretty. No sure how those are going to do - hopefully something will happen by tomorrow.
