it's dinner time!!!

Here is a pic of my late darling cattle dog cross "Jock" and his favourite friend "sweety", he was such a good dog around my chooks,horse,cat and most importantly my son!!!
He died from old age at 15 and I would love to bring him back from heaven and give him a cuddle!

What a nice dog! It's always so hard to lose a dog, especially when you've been really close and it's an especially wonderful dog.

AWWWW!! Sorry to hear about your loss!! It's always great to have a gentle dog. Our pitbull motherhens all our animals. He is only 3y.o. but he won't hurt any animals, except, other dogs. He just doesn't believe he is a dog. LOL!!
Good luck on getting a new dog/family member!! I know you will!! LOL!!

Thankyou, he was special, my best mate!
He was actually a chicken killer before I met his dad!
He came home with a poor chicken for his dinner so my partner hosed him, it was winter, and he never did it again! that was 18 years ago.
Then I met his dad, my partner , i moved in and he mellowed.
After 2 years i got my first bunch of chickens and kept him on a lead and introduced him to them.
When his ears pricked up I said "no" in a really bossy voice and he settled.
I then trusted him and he never touched them!
