It's going to be super cold.

I thought I was back in California again! Last night at 11:04 pm we had a quake about .8 mi north of us! There was a loud boom and then it shook for about 2 minutes!

I bet, lol! I still remember the big one we had here in '89, wow, that was something else.

We were living in the San Fernando
Valley when the 8.2 hit in Semie Valley. It knocked down 3 hospitals. Damaged that big overpass north of LA threw my daughter out of bed Nd a lot of other damage. I believe it was in 1970 or 71 that was when we decided to move back to Oklahoma-at least you can have some warning for a tornado!

TheUS Geological Survey just released notification that there was another quake at 7:00 am seven miles south of Guthrie. We live 7 miles south of Guthrie!!

3' high drifts here again this morning with winds today in to 20-25 mph range from the south. School was cancelled again today. Big warm up coming. Thursday high of 58 with severe thunderstorms coming. This is February and severe thunderstorms? With snow 2-3' deep? We cannot catch a break here.

I'm worried about flooding this spring with the weather everyone is having! We have flooding now beings it snows tons and then we get a heat wave like you're getting and melts the snow too fast! My horses are going to become seahorses:)

Our plumb tree has blossoms.

And our hills are still brown! Alfalfa hay is expected to hit $600 a ton this year because of the drought.
