It's hot!

It's my first summer with the girls, is there anything I should be doing to keep them cool? They have access to shade all day, the coop is well ventilated, and I've been occasionally tossing ice cubes in the water. Heat index could reach 105 today.

Sounds like you're doing what you can, unless you have a fan you could blow on them. Heat index here was 111 the other day...all the chickens have been panting like crazy.
