It's spring and many roosters, particularly young ones, can get a little crazy about now.
As Redhead suggests you can check out the various "taming roosters" threads to see if there are any you want to try.
Personally though I don't put up with aggressive roosters. I'll give them one go round with the broom to dissuade them from attacking me. After that, especially if they've been aggressive with my kids, they are history.
