It's official- I'm the worst hatcher ever! -Updates-

Yeah it can be frustrating and hard to finally get it right, but once you do it's rewarding.

Good luck to both of us and everyone else finally getting it right!

UPDATE:
I've just thrown out 2 small Bantam eggs that were both bad. Early death. Barely anything but veins in them. The rest are also most likely no good after I candled them. I will throw them out tomorrow and work on the bator.

I don't believe that humidity is the real problem. I'm doing the dry incubation method, which is basically what a hen does, keeping humidity in the 30-40% range(no higher than 45% and no lower than 25%), and then raise it to 60-65% by day 18.

UPDATE:

I threw out all the eggs in the bator. All had nothing but yolk and a few veins in them.

So, now I've been working on the bator. And I have some questions about building it:

I'm planning on putting in another egg turner like the one I have in now. But what about the light bulb? Where should I put it? Should I put it in the middle? Here's a picture that I made on Paint:

Where should I put the light bulb? In between the egg turners? I'm hoping on getting a PC fan but not sure.

are my posts invisible now or...? because it seems like whenever I ask a question about the incubator, it gets ignored and people talk about something else.

Is it just me or...?
