Its probably been asked before, but how do I get them to quit.........

Other than roll boxes, this is the only way I know how do stop it... cull the offenders.

I put a large animal carrier in the chicken pen and set it up so that I could move one hen at a time into it for about three days. I put a nesting box, food and water in it. I bought a package of small zip ties and started the rotation. The day I didn't lose any eggs was the one I had the chicken that was actually breaking the eggs. I banded each chicken as it came out of the carrier. I had 12 at the time so it took a while. The eggs quit being broken with the last chicken...wouldn't you know. I used colored zip ties to mark which ones didn't lay an egg for the time they were in there. Those two I put back in for a week each and they both laid an egg the second time. Let me know for sure all of them were laying too! It was a pain in the butt but I knew for sure I had the right chicken....she made pretty good dumplings!
