We ended up with a rooster(black australorp) and wanted to replace him, so we got two(husbands idea) polish(?) chicks. They are super whiny and just don't want anything to do with anything. The other batch I bought are 6 weeks now and I don't remember them being so upset about everything. Will they just get use to their surroundings or was it a bad idea to get just two? I'm really at a loss and hate to see them upset.
