It came to $121 with shipping. That was the lowest I've been able to find, and I searched for a while.

Ok, now that I've got some leads on the bators, I need some leads on eggs. I don't have enuf hens that are laying right now so I will have to purchase eggs.

Here's a list of some that I would like:
Silkies of any color
Brahmas of any color
cochins of any color, but golden laced or barred would be nice, oh and mottled
Araucanas, cause I think it would be cool to have blue/gren eggs

do you think I am getting carried away??????

Oh, and DH wants a few turkeys...can i do chicken and turkey egs together????

I searched on Ebay and I must say if you shop around at your feed stores you can get a better deal. Some people go crazy on Ebay with the bidding and then by the time you add in shipping you have spent way more then buying from the feed store. Good Luck and happy hatching, It is addicting

Yep get the Hova 1588 but get the turner too. Cutler is a good place, good prices. I think my sister got mine at Circle R but I think that was more expensive. I love mine!!

. I think Ebay has them for $126 for both. Then go to a cigar store and get a good hygrometer or get the caliber III off ebay.

Then watch the forum for eggs or PM Dipsey, I think she's got silkies. Or put a post in buy sell or trade section and welcome to the group
