I have a confession to make.
Have you ever seen somebodies chickens in their garden and
wanted them so you have bought some eggs for eating and put in the incubator?

I could not resist.they were calling to me.
Cost me £2 for 12. When i got home my hubby asked me what i was going to do with them as we already have maxed out how many we can keep in one house.
I blagged it and said we would sell them-not likely!.
Slick or what.
Im eyeing up our spare chicken house but knowing my luck they will be cockerels.

Well undoubtedly some of them will be cockerels. Though I understand Marans are suppose to be a good dual purpose bird. That does solve the problem of too many cockerels. Though if you keep the best one then you can hatch and sell their chicks. Making your statement about selling them sort of true.

Mystil, confession is good for the soul. You are developing character when you achieve that which you covet through honest means. Also, aren't you practicing a concept called: delayed gratification. This is also a desireable characteristic. Odelia, I like your thinking, and the fact that you encourage a fellow addict to be honest with her spouse.
