I've been pranked and its...funny? =)

So, this morning my phone starts ringing like crazy but I dont usually answer numbers that I dont recognize and I just ignore them while wondering who could be calling me? Then, I remember that today is the day that our local 'craigslist' type paper comes out...swapsheet kind of thing. Since I have some chickens listed, I figure I had better start answering my phone...

The next caller is interested in my FREE short haired brown dog. SCUSE ME? I dont have a dog in the paper. But, she is an older lady, maybe she just mixed up my number with the ad above or below it.
Then the phone rings again....they are looking for info on the FREE Siamese cat. WHAT? I dont have a cat in the paper.

Do you see a pattern?

I am afraid to go and listen to all of those messages from this morning. DS is on his way to the market to get me a copy of the paper so I can prepare myself for what else I might be getting called about.

Geeb? You arent responsible for this are you? I vaguely remember some advice along these lines coming from you last week. Hmmmmmm.....

Since all I have is a cell phone with a limited minutes plan, this would leave me very irrate. Call/email craigslist and let them know something fishy is going on.

*edited to add: well, I've got the chicken making all these calls to begin with, I just don't have alot of extra minutes!

I would be less annoyed if the ad wasnt running for a whole WEEK.... *whine, whine*

I have been very nice to the people calling and just explained that there is some mix up at the paper and I am sure to let them know that I have chickens, eggs and chicks for sale! lol
