Your 7 week olds are probably just fine with your temps. Try putting a see through divider in your coop and/or run so that the 3 month olds can get used to them and the little ones stay safe. After a while you'll be able to remove it and they'll work out their pecking order.

I moved my Ameraucanas outside when it was 53°F at night and about 70°F during the day here and they were about 4 weeks old. I kept the heat lamp on at night until it was near 70°F. They should be fine if they are warm enough.
However, I can't advise on adding in with the 3 month old Wyandottes, since I know nothing about them. The cage idea from Mr. Green Jeans (!

!) sounds good to me. Someone here in Austin moved in a batch of babies with some 8-week old Silkies, who promptly started mothering the babies. It all depends on the oldsters' temperaments.
