Congrats on the healthy hatches.
Remember to let them alone and hatch, if you assist them they will not have absorbed and will ultimately die. please see the hatching 101 timeline of a silky hatching. IT takes a long time in there from first internal to external to actual zipping, a pip is not a zip! You cannot open the shell for them at all, what that does is helps them out, but before they are ready, so instead of helping it causes harm and in most cases will cause death in the days following hatch. You should only assist after 24 hours after you see your first pips. Be very careful with opening and touching them, let them do their thing.
What day were they due, only other thing that could happen for the umbilicus to be out and yolk sack is that you ran too high of heat. but I think you are on schedule?
