Last spring our family raised 10 Cornish crosses and loved how they turned out. I just talked my DH into letting me do it again only this time asked for more birds.....50!! He didn't seem to bat an eye and replied that ofcourse I could do this, but I had to convince my Mom and Dad to let me do it at their ranch. A few phone calls later and they were all supportive--their cut being 20 birds in exchange for covering for me on weekends when I wanted to come back home. I thought it was a fair deal and order our birds from Ideal (just like last year). As usual, they were wonderful to deal with. Nothing like moving back in with Mom and Dad after eons.

I have one hanging (tower type) feeder and a gallon waterer. I guess I need to get one of those long chick feeders and some more watering containers of some sort. How much of what do you think I aught to get? I have the brooder light from last year.

Sounds to me like you have enough equipment for the brooder phase. You will need one more feeder for sure (depends on the size) and at least one more waterer, depends on size again, and how often you want to have to fill it.
